Exhaust Leak

Exhaust Leak For the past couple days, my car has started making a light "tick, tick, tick, tick" sound at idle right around the drivers side front wheel. Definitely not coming from the engine bay and the noise is not even constant, kind of comes and goes. Doesn't seem to get more pronounced when I rev it either.
Also, one thing I feel I should also mention is (always done this ever since I got the O/R Y put on), if I'm on the highway doing say 65-70 or just really at any highway speed, if I let off of the throttle completely it makes a really loud fluttering noise. Sounds almost exactly like an exhaust brake and I can hear something squeaking and ratting in the process. I would be willing to bet it's coming from my exhaust. Car also seems like it hesitates a little at some points under light-mild acceleration, but really don't notice any lack in performance.
So, does it sound like I may have some exhaust leakage going on here or something else?
