So a week ago I was driving and began feeling a clunking / knocking in the steering wheel, trans tunnel and *** of the drivers seat. I could actually hear it if I put my head out the window, but couldnt tell which end it was coming from.
So I replaced my panhard bar bushings, torque arm bushing and transmission mount. I used the energy suspension poly bushings.
(Stock ride height / suspension w/ stock torque arm)
After all was installed I took it for a ride and it's still doing the same thing! CRAP!!!!!!
I've been searching on here for a week and haven't found anything. Most of what I found pointed to a torque arm bushing or incorrect pinion angle. Not my problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

Going to change all the ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bar bushings and end links.
Thinking about doing the shocks/struts and springs while I'm in there....hmmmm

Tracked the noise down to the front end passenger side. I found this bad larry in my tire.

So I plugged it and refilled. Problem solved. (time for new front tires)

well it would have been if I ended up changing the front end parts, but never got that far.
I'm fine with spending money on parts because I do the work. Eventually I'll get time and ambition to change the shocks and struts, springs and all the front end parts...but for now I am leaving it alone.
only spent about 70 bucks in bushings and got em all in there a couple weekends ago.
FYI torque arm bushing really tries a mans patience, holy head was that a bear to get out and line back up!!
