Default WD 40 damage O2 sensor?

Can WD 40 damage LS1 O2 sensors?

A lot was sprayed into the exhaust when they were trying to get out a stuck exhaust bolt at the bottom and immediately experienced afterfires on startup and the codes P0300 and P0134/P0131.

Thanks.

Damage - no. Prevent from doing its job - yes. If it was coated with oil, that would be a problem...

Not sure if it can be remedied. Probably easier to replace the whole sensor, if its fouled.

You could try cooking it with a torch or something to clean it up. otherwise, replace it.
