If your bulbs are good and the connectors have power, everything should work. (Unless there is a extra high neutron flux created by the excessive bombardment of ionized Helium molecules by cosmic rays where you live...)

How did you confirm the bulbs are good? Under what conditions are you testing the connectors? Are you doing this when the headlight doors are open?

I switched the bulbs from the driver side to the passenger side and vise versa. The and the bulbs all worked on the driver side. But none worked on the passenger side. And i tested the connection with a multimeter and they were getting power. And yes the doors were open.

You said headlights. Is the problem the same with the high and low beams? If so, you might check your ground by testing the connector voltage at the contacts and then using a body ground to see if you get different readings.

Have you ever changed the headlight door motors?

The high beam will occassionally come and go the low beam used to do that but now its not at all. And I've never changed the motors. They work fine

So, the high and low beam aren't consistently having problems together? I was thinking maybe a bad ground - but both lights would have the same issue.

You might also have corrosion issues inside the connector.

Another thing to try is to bend the prongs of the bulb slightly inward towards each other. This might help make better contact.

There's corrosion in the bulb socket so you have to clean it out then apply dielectric grease to prevent any further corrosion.
