Default P0102 code, how do i fix it?

P0102 I know it means low MAF voltage but I found other threads that dealt with this code but they never really answered my questions.

I have a stock throttle body with descreened maf and I noticed my car was throwing this code the other day, how do i go about fixing it?

Thank you!

I need to go get a volt meter and see if it's putting out the "specified value" and go from there.

How often is this problem because of a malfunctioning PCM?
