Emissions Help... Hey guys,
Its another Emission's Thread! woohoo!
SO its that time of year, however I'm having some issues being able to pass my 99 Trans Am.
In the state of Utah, you can't have a SES light, and no more then 2 monitors that report INC (incomplete) for 99 and under.
So I've been able to get her down to about 3 monitors INC but just can't get down to 2.
I had removed my EGR/Secondary Air/CATS originally but have since put my EGR/Secondary Air back on.
Can someone tell me what these 3 Incompletes are?
My 3 Incompletes are:
Catalyst Mon - Cats?
EVAP System Mon
Oxygen Sens HTR
I'm getting some high flow cats when I do my true dual exhaust. Could I get someone to tune these Monitors to be OK?

Well in case anyone was reading this and wanted an update...
My EVAP System Mon & Oxygen Sens HTRs finally cleared OK, I guess it just takes some time..
So I'm down to 1 INC monitor (CATS), and 1 code (Secondary Air).
Gonna have a buddy test it and see if it'll pass with that code (highly unlikely), but at least I can see where its at.
