Car over heating
I drove my car most the afternoon yesterday. At the end of the day it started overheating. I watched the water temp start climbing. I pulled over and let it cool till I could drive it home. I was thinking it was the water pump because of how it just started out of the blue. I used hp tuners to turn the fans on this morning to see if one was out because I heard one running yesterday. It turns out I can only get one to turn on. Would this cause the car to over heat that rapidly?

Only one will turn on, I believe the other one is for the AC, but I'm not sure. Run the car in the driveway and get it up to temp and see if the fans come on. If they do, you may have a WP issue. Replace the thermostat while you're in there.
I've seen it before where the WP impellers look completely normal, but the car overheats. We put a new WP in and it never got over 190-200. (3rd Gen TPI 350)
