Problems starting... not ignition imo?

Problems starting... not ignition imo? 1999 Ford lightning
Mods: PSI tune, boost increase 12 psi, belt, full exhaust, cai, etc. 525rwhp dyno
This has happened twice now in two days. I start my truck, and it "kinda" rolls over. RPMs go up to about 500, exhaust comes out and it spurts a little, then dies. It's not like it just clicks and doesn't ignite, so I don't think it's a starter problem? I wish it was, because the alternative could be way worse. Also, the second time I try to start it it seems to start up just fine. No problems driving either that I can tell. It's so damn loud I could be missing something though. Power seems fine though.
