How do I get the abs light turned off on the dash?

Have it scanned for codes and fix the problem. The light will go off then.

You need to find the source of the light. If you have too great of a difference between height in the front and rear tires it will kick the "ABS IN OP" light and the traction control will be off. If you deleted ABS when you did your 9" swap then it will have to tuned out.

^^^^This...went thru this on my 99, turns out the wires to the right rear ABS sensor had been smashed and exposed by exhaust/and or panhard support (previous owner cut out the bump stops)...
