P0446 code fix?
P0446 code fix? I'm getting a P0446 code in my 00 SS. I'm assuming it's a clogged evap line because I also have the fuel fill problem where the pump will click off all the time even when the tank is nowhere near full.
A fix for this code for trucks (per a GM trucks forum) entails unhooking the line from the canister on top of the gas tank (much easier on a truck than an fbody) and blowing 1psi into it from an air compressor to unclog it. Instead of doing that, could I just hook up an air compressor to the evap service port in the engine bay and blow into that to unclog?
If it were a leak this would be a different story, but from what I've read on the usual symptoms of a clog, this is a clog.
