03 Z06 gremlins?

03 Z06 gremlins? I just bought my 03 Z this month and already I am hitting some issues, 2 of which I already knew about (light ticking, and trans synchros in 3rd and 4th possibly)
My issue is I just learned this weekend how to drive my car under 2mph if you know what I mean. So I ordered the LMC5 or whatever you call it.
question is, is the LMC5 bypass kit a "fixall" for the 2mph steering wheel lockout? the last thing I want is to get this issue while I'm not in my driveway.
also is there any other bugs with C5's or Z's in particular I need to look out for?
mods are forged 402 LS2, FAST intake/tb, lowered on stock bolts with pfadt shocks.
I love my Vette and I know cars all have their typical bugs so Im not worried, just want a heads up so Im not starting my car +5x to get it in my sloped driveway. haha
