Has anyone replaced their tie rods? Not the rod ends that always go bad, but the rod itself. How do you get them off and on? If there was a little write up somewhere that would help. They're not in the Haynes manual. You have to put a torch to the jam nuts to adjust toe in, so it's probably time to replace them.
