Default Escalade alternator on our LS1s?

Are these 145 ampers really a direct fit, bolt-on deal??

Is the 'clocking' of the mounting bolt holes identical to ours, and the top exciter wire connector plug the same exact configuration as ours?

Thanks in advance.

Yes it bolts on.. you wont be able to use the LS1 Alt bracket though.. and the plug is almost in the same location... but its no big deal.
