Odd windshield wiper problem
Odd windshield wiper problem Car is a 98 Camaro.
I don't believe the wiper motor is bad, because the wipers do work well. But when I turn them off, they stop in an up position instead of going down and stopping like they're supposed to. To bring them back down and out of my vision when not needed, I have to remove the fuse and lower them by hand. If I don't remove the fuse before lowering them, they will go back to the up position and stop, even if they aren't turned on. Any idea what could be causing this? A bad switch maybe?
