I had 2 LS1 cars that had alignment problems that couldn't be addressed on a alignment machine SPECS. Both were wearing the passenger frt tire on the inside edge. After trying 3 different alignment shops and watching them check it I fixed it them at home by going outside of the factory specs.

Never wore the tires again and handled great.

I had bad tire pull after installing some cheap khumos with directional treads on the front. Didn't realize it was the tires until 2 different shops did alignment with same results. Khumos are on the rear now and all's well.

Some directional tires will cause tire pull. Non directional tires will prevent tire pull.

Okay I just skipped to the bottom after reading a few responses, so this may have been mentioned. I am having a similar issue that is being caused by an inner tie rod. Maybe check those out? Sorry if you already cleared them.
