99 ta lighting issues

99 ta lighting issues i hope somebody can help me with this iv noticed my front ambers are out of wack when the car is running with the headlights off the drivers side amber is on and passenger side is off and when i turn the headlights on the passenger side amber comes on and drivers side goes off if that makes since to anyone also the drivers side marker light isnt working im going to check all the bulbs tomorrow but the ambers arent making since cause thay both work but at the wrong times. and i also noticed a plug unplugged under the drivers side headlight it is blue and red but have no idea where it goes. my headlight motors havent worked for some time idk if this would have anything to do with it. hopefully somebody can make some since out of this. thanks in advance for any help.
