Default Thump on accel/decel

2000 camaro m6 make a thump I can feel on hard decel and when I go to accel again another thump, I know it must de drivetrain related. Checked torque arm mount(relocated) and lca. Can't get under car till later in the week and looking for ideas to look for. All I can think of is transmission mount but is it normal to break those. Car only bolt ons

Well good news is I have 2 spare ones lying around from all the transmission work I've been doing and it's only a 20 min fix... Just can't get to it for a couple weeks

Trans mount would be my first guess. Pretty common on the M6 cars.

I have been post surgery so I havnt been able to get under that car to remove the mount and check. I have a spare one so I figure either way I'll replace it and see what happens
