Deleted system? Help!

Default Deleted system? Help!
I have two connectors (blue/white and blue/red) but only one spot to plug them in above cylinder 3. In pic related, you can see the red connector plugged in and its twin just hanging out.

Also a valve with a bolt in it in top right of pic related.

2002 Camaro SS, no EGR because of factory LS6 intake.

What system(s) were deleted/modified?
