Default new exhaust headers back= vibration?

hello all. here is my problem. I had a lm1 on my car with stock everything else. This past week I had a whole different exhaust put in. Speed daddy headers, catted ypipe, and a SLP dual/dual. now it feels like my exhaust is rubbing against the driveshaft. and when I am stopped in gear I have a vibration that was not there before. and my car feels like a truck when i accelerate. any ideas?

thanks in advance.

get under there and look for anywhere the exhaust is touching the body or heat shields, that will transmit a vibration back into the car. Also make any clamps on the exhaust are good and tight. just hope the place that installed it didn't go and weld up solid mounts, this is the reason modern exhausts have the rubber pieces on the hangers.

Yes- you may need to re-tighten the clamps after some heat cycles. Also, take a rubber mallet and tap the exhaust in spots...that will help localize where the rattle is originating from.

If you didn't install new motor mounts then those may be the culprit.
