Default Draining the gas tank

How can i drain the gas tank without dropping it?
I have a transfer pump but the hose wont get down to the tank , i guess from anti syphon valve.

Car has been sitting with a full tank for 4 months. Im ready to fire it up bit dont want to run old gas through a new motor.

You can jump the relay or use a tuning software to run the pump and then either run it out where the shrader valve is, or where it feeds into the fuel filter. I know they say fuel starts breaking down at 1 month, but I dont honestly think 4 months is that big of a deal. Then again, if you're tuning a new motor, you want to use the best fuel you can.

you could unhook the filler hose at the tank (after you jack the car up on stands) and stick your hose in that way and transfer it out.
