Default today is a good day

just got my car back from the shop, had to replace the rear main seal (GRRRR!!) when I took it in for them to look at it I asked them whats all involved in replacing that, and they said of course drop the transmission, exhaust and drop the starter, and I thought hey, can you order me the updated starter with the 2 long bolts?(I told them of the current issue with the short/long bolt) and they said sure, and guess what, since they had to drop the starter anyway, no extra labor required. woohoo, cant argue with that. So now I have a dry car underneath and the updated starter. So like I said, its a good day.

should have done that when I got my rear main seal done.... also another good thing at that time (which I didn't think of either) is to flip the bolts for the steering rack. anyways glad it went well for you
