Car hard to start when driven alot

Car hard to start when driven alot I'm not sure what's going on. If the car sits overnight it fires right up. If I drive alot or even go to a few places where I get in and out, once I try to start it, it acts like the battery is almost dead, it barely turns over to start.
I don't think it's the battery, it's around 12.5v after setting all night, and the alternator is pushing 14.8v
I'm wondering if the starter is over heating and causing it to bog down, and that's why it does it when I have drove alot. Any ideas?
