100k

100k
Bird finally hit 100k, anything I should get done to it, car runs strong, gets decent MPG on highway, shifts fine (auto). Fresh trannny fluid not too long ago, oil will be changed soon. Spark plugs maybe next year. As far as mods or upgrades any recommendations? I feel my shocks are on they way out, rather buy a whole spring/shock kit if possible. Thermostat?

I would suggest consider a good overhaul on the suspension, shocks and springs for sure but also look at bushing and ball joints to see what kind of shape they are in, if you gonna do the thermostat go ahead and do the water pump, while they can last longer 100k is really the expected lifespan of a water pump, this is based off the personal experience of my dads old 97 suburban blowing out it's water pump at almost exactly 102k mile intervals (factory blew out around 100k and the replacement blew out while I was driving it at 205k) and flush the cooling system while you are at it.

If the water pump was recently done, then I imagine a new t-stat and coolant flush were done (or should have been done) at that time. If so and if this was all recent, then no need to worry about any of that.
Spark plugs are recommeded by GM at 100k (for a stock car). I waited until 100k to do them on one of mine and the original plugs came out looking great. There was little to no improvement (MPG, power, etc.) with new plugs at that mileage, so if you wanted to wait a bit longer I don't think it would hurt (assuming that all sensors are working well and A/F has been relatively good.)
I'd clean the MAF if you have never done so.
PS and brake fluid changes would be a great idea.
When was the last time you did a fuel filter? Or air filter?
