I got into a minor rearender with the Camaro some years ago and damaged the right headlight assembly. I bought a replacement assembly from a wrecking yard and installed it in the car. No problems. Now, years later, I find that the adjuster for the headlight does not work. The little torx fitting turns as designed and the shaft on the adjuster turns, it doesn't go anywhere. Just sits there and spins. I popped the ball on the end of the shaft into the headlight assembly, as it was disconnected, but that didn't seem to make any difference. I just cleaned up the lenses with Wipe New and they came out great. Now I'd like to adjust my right side headlight properly. Is there any fix besides replacing the whole unit?
