Internal Engine Noise With Video

Internal Engine Noise With Video So I have this engine noise on my 95 Formula. About 35 seconds in it becomes noticeable. (Might need good speakers or headphones)
-Previous owner put in new rod bearings when he installed the engine, (Out of a 97 Trans Am w/ 90,000mi) supposedly as a preventative measure.
-Cold start it is quiet for the first 30 seconds or so before it is audible.
-Once it warms up the internal noise is gone but it idles a little rough.
Overall the engine has plenty of power and runs out great. I have not had this noise with my other two LT1's. Any ideas as to what it may be?
