Vibration every 3 seconds on interstate.

Vibration every 3 seconds on interstate. My 2000 z28 has a vibration every 3 seconds or so at 70 mph and above. It's noticeable at low speeds if your looking for it. Every 3 seconds it'll shake enough to move the passenger seat a few shakes and go away 3 seconds later it does it again. Control arms are new after markets, tires have been balanced, bearings are all good. Since it's not a constant shake I wouldn't think it would be a tire since at 70 mph the tire would be going over the bad spot more often than every 3 seconds or so. It's very consistent just has the delay between shakes. Motor mounts and trans mount are new also. Anybody got any ideas?
