Flasher keeps blowing out

Flasher keeps blowing out Im on my 4th flasher. They keep blowing out. The last one i had was an electronic flasher. It worked for a 2 weeks and then it started flashing faster and faster until it had a heart attack today. Now its stuck on. I changed the 2 front turn signal bulbs today. The front sockets look burnt, but they work.
Just checked all the bulbs. They are all good. Replaced the flasher AGAIN and seems to be working fine...for now.
Any clues?

It will happen when you get water in them, my front fixtures will pop a bulb whenever they get wet from washing the car or getting stuck in the rain they will usually pop shortly after. Need to replace the rotten fixtures and seal the new ones a bit better with silicone around the seams
