4.8 Issues
4.8 Issues Put a new trans in a 4.8 tahoe and now i'm getting the reduced engine power with check engine light. Zero throttle response, and the key won't turn off the truck. It will just idle despite throttle response, and increases slightly over time.
If I cycle the key off/acc it will turn off.
Also getting a laundry list of codes. Including TAC module/TPS and some misfires (these most likely due to limp mode I'm sure).
What I've swapped out so far with zero change:
-TAC sensor
-Ignition switch
-Ignition cylinder (needed it regarless)
I'm assuming the throttle body is bad but just wanted to get some more opinions.
