Also, many times if it looks like your intake manifold is leaking, it is actually the PCV letting oil into your intake manifold. Best way to address this is when you're inspecting your valley cover gasket, just replace the cover with the LS6 cover, which has the PCV built into it. Many times it is still necessary to add a catch can as well.

oil pan is hard to because it's riveted to the pan and the kmember has to be partially dropped to replace it..
Most people wait until they do a converter/clutch install to do the rear main seal unless it's a major leak..
I would look for the leak and if it's an easy fix then go for it, if it's one of the above and not too bad I would wait until you mod it. Unless you do all the labor yourself it can be a very expensive fix at the dealer.
Also don't let just any shop work on it since theses engines have special alignment procedures/tools that are used to insure leak proof seals. I knew someone who had a rear main seal leak 2 times after letting a local shop fix it with no Ls experience..
I finally did it and it has never leaked again..
