Are these BCM problems

Are these BCM problems I have a 1999 Camaro Z-28 that has some electrical? issues or BCM issues?
The security light is on always, the interior lights will not come on when doors are opened upon entry. Car runs fine - I've checked all fuses, no problems except for these. Just aggravating when getting in car when dark the map lights work on the rear view mirror just don't come on when door is opened but radio goes off when you open the door if listening after shutting off car. Thanks

Radio turning off after you open the door....after you have shut the engine off and removed the key from the ignition.....is normal.
The map lights NOT coming on when the doors are opened is not a BCM issue.

How long have you had the car?
The lights on when you open the door can be deactivated through the "Feature Customization" procedures in the owners manual. This allows you to program how the BCM behaves in certain ways. I'd check that software first before digging in to the hardware.
The security thing is a problem, but I assume it's been happening since you got the car?
