After sitting for about a day or two I have to crank the car twice before It start up
I notice that when I crank the first time the pump comes on it has psi at the rails. Also the second time that I crank it it fires up with one back fore and then runs flawless! Meaning there was fuel in the cylinder but no spark? What would cause no spark at initial start up vs second try?

Try disconnecting the maf sensor see if it turns on on the first try.
I had a similar issue with my pontiac grand prix. Maf sensor was bad. The code for a bad sensor is po102
