Exclamation Please help ASAP

I have an 01 Camaro SS, and it will not turn over! I tried switching the ignition relay for the fan relay, still nothing. The past two nights it was in the 20's and there was frost on the car in the morning. Yesterday it would not start in the morning but after sitting in the sun for a couple hours it started just fine like nothing happened. This morning I went to start it and still nothing it just makes a sort of clicking noise from the drivers side of the engine. To add onto this, I don't think it would be my security system because I can remove the key from the car and it will still start. And I can start the car without the key in it. But when I go to start it the "security" light is flashing. And the little red led on the dash is also flashing, sometimes when I'm driving the car the security light will randomly come on for like 10 mins then shutoff. I'm at a loss and I need this car tomorrow. I can't miss work. I also can't get under the car to try and tap on the starter because it's so low

Sounds like the battery might be on it's way out. Would the lights turn on? Possible not enough CCA on the battery?

Turn the key to the "On" position but do NOT crank it, examine the voltage gauge, it needs to be at least right at the marking where the red-dashed marking begins for it to stand a chance at cranking, if its below that or in the red you're likely not going to get it started. That or you have a very loose connection at the battery that the cold weather has an impact on the expansion and contraction on the metals at the terminals...this is a VERY extreme case though.

I'd say be prepared to replace your battery, cold weather is hell on old batteries.

Either get battery inspected or try to jump the car and see if it cranks. If it jumps, you have a bad battery.
