Running issue need some help

Hi guys just wanted to say thank you before I get ask my question.... Car is a 98 trans am that I did a cam and spring swap and everything ran fine.... I decided to buy some 799 heads and have them ported and a valve job done... After installing the heads I went ahead and installed a fast 92mm with 92mm throttle body and now the car is running like absolute ****..... popping and running like it has a miss I have a video if anyone would like to see or point me in a direction to start looking at...

Not yet almost sounds like a vacuum leak and beginning to think the fast intake isn't sealing correctly

Ok guys I did a compression check on all cylinders and we are at 150 across the board.... I checked for spark and injector pulse and we are good there... Now here is where I am going nutssss cyliders 2 and 4 are black, 6 and 8 look brand new now if I run the car and unhook all the injectors there is no change in idle same goes for unplugging the coils.... Its almost as if the passenger side isnt even running.... Any suggestions?
