Help!! 98 Trans Am engine surging

Help!! 98 Trans Am engine surging So I came back from the track the other day and installed a hurst line lock (it works no prob) I bled all my brakes shortly after and then started the car, the rpms surge up to 1200 and then if I give it gas it idles at 2k+. I ran the codes on my OBD2 and came up with the following.

P0155 P
P0430 P
The O2 codes make sense as I have tubes with no cats (need to get the rears tuned out).
Current mods on the car are pretty basic, tubes-straight pipe, lid, and nitrous. 98 T/A with 155k. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.
