Crap. Totally forgot to say what the car was.
Its a 2000 Z28. But i found the part numbers anyway.
The short pipe is-26060712
longer pipe-26060713
However they are both discontinued.The jack hit the left end of the shorter line bending it upwards, cracking the flared end. I ended up cutting off the old flare and making a new flare. Hasn't leaked a drop since.
