cant figure it out

cant figure it out first post on here you guys are very helpful. but i have a 94 t/a all stock except the pipes, radio and transmission mount. when i am riding along at speed it did it earlier at 30mph and usually its up around 60 it makes a loud click pop sound almost like an arc. it had been doing that for about a week or so and wed. night i drove back from a friends and drove really slow compared to what i normally do 
as i pulled into were i live i noticed the power steering had just stopped working without warning. there is a leak its very very light and its all over the bottom of the water pump and idle pulley plus the return hose for power steering, but i cant find were its coming from its not from the top. i do not want to go out and waste money on parts to find out they do not work. the belt and all of pulleys look like there going along fine but nothing i did changed anything. the leak is just a few drops everytime i run it for more then 30 mins and not had to put more fluid in yet.
