I'm gonna grab new ones today, I swapped them yesterday and it worked for the first 3 or so starts, but then it did the same thing. I noticed they had some corrosion on them, so I'm gonna get new ones and see if they work better.
Guys i just wanted to take this time to thank you all.
i finally fixed the issue, it was indeed the ignition relay. I swapped the fan relay with the ignition relay to test it and the car started up everytime with the fan relay.
went out to the auto parts store 17$ for the relay. YOU GUYS ROCK!!
For those that suggested the relay early on i apologize for not checking it i really thought it was a fuel delivery issue.
