Default LC9 tach bounce

So I'm trying to track down the cause of a tach bounce on my 2010 silverado 1500 (174k miles). It's the flex fuel 5.3 w/ DoD. Seems to happen at any speed, and especially at light throttle.

I currently have DoD shut off (not deleted). No Codes. So far, I've replaced Purge and Vent Solenoid (read somewhere that these can cause the problem). Spark plugs are new at 170k. Tranny is a factory reman just installed at 173k. Battery is new. Will be installing a new cam position sensor this weekend. Looking for additional/alternative ideas on sources to track this down. all input welcome!

Thanks!
