z28 camaro I have a 95 z28 camaro and when the motor is cold and i go to start the car the cooling fans come on at the same time service engine comes on after like 5 minutes it will go away and i am able to drive the car with out it sputtering out

The sensor on the dash for the coolant comes and goes but i dont know if that will make the service engine light come on and last night installed two electric cutouts and the car just wants to o er heat someone help
