I have a 2013 CTS Luxury with mechanical door locks. The drivers door lock won't lock or unlock when using the remote or the door buttons. All other doors work great. I have to unlock the door with the key from the outside and push the mechanical door stem on the inside to lock or unlock. The car thinks it is locked when I lock it with the remote as it allows the remote start function to work. I replaced the door actuator today and no change. Has anyone else ever run into this?
