Default Please help me identify this FBody bracket(?)

As far as I know, this (see picture) came from a 99 LS1 FBody. Can anyone tell me what it is for? Thanks!

Front swaybar mounts potentially? Haven't seen mine in a while but look similar.

Default Bracket

Thanks for the reply. The hole centerlines do match the front sway bar spacing, but there is only one bracket (not one per side) and I'm not sure what purpose it serves.

I will look at the sway bar area more closely and see if there are any clues.

Yeah, that one is a weird bracket that doesn't really make sense until you have everything in there. I joins the sway bar bushing to the driver's side wheel well area, but also anchors the lining material underneath I think. The fender liner may even be a part of the assembly process.

Default Bracket

The front sway bar has been removed from this car, as it was only used for drag racing and the soft fender liner is no longer there, so it's hard to see how this all fits into place. I'll need to try and get a look under a stock vehicle to see it.

Thanks for the direction.
