Default After Ls6 Intake Conversion with Catch Can - does this look correct? Squealing

Swapped to:
Ls6 Valley
Ls6 Intake

Added:
Catch can

Since this upgrade - Ive been getting a squealing - like a loose belt noise - after driving for 2-5 miles. The squeal does go away but I feel this is the culprit.(not the belts)

How do my connections look? If any additional pictures are needed - please let me know. Not an expert in this area.Sorry for the dark pictures

based on this - I have the Throttle body and passenger valve port capped. Should I connect them?

yes, you need to connect those, the engine needs to get fresh air somehow.
