Default Help with part name and number

just found out that my 2001 Trans am ws6 is leaking coolant while parked in the driveway, got it checked and found out that this part ( pictures attached ) has been rusted and caused the coolant to leak badly.

any help regarding the part number is much appreciated ( the part is located behind the front air dam ).

That is the coolant crossover.
Punch Ls1 coolant crossover into Google and you will get endless stock and aftermarket crossovers you can buy

Huh, being that your car is a '01 and has a LS6 intake, I'm surprised that you don't have this style of coolant crossover:

Is it the rubber hose, o-ring or the metal tubing itself that is leaking?
