Default Something wrong?

So my cars been sitting in my garage the past 2 months for winter and I took it out today to take it to a shop to get shocks put on and everytime I'd put my car into drive it would jerk the car really hard. Not sure what it is I was just thinking its been sitting for awhile so it's nothing to worry about but it did it the whole way there even from nutral to drive it'd jerk really bad. Other then that the car drove fine. Is this something to worry about? It's never done this before but also never sat this long.

Check your transmission fluid. Fill it about 1/8 in. above the full top line.

Just re read your post and saw it was harsh when putting it in drive. What about reverse?

Still check your tranny fluid for ther would cause a light bump/ drop into gear but the pressure control solenoid may also be bad commanding high line pressure at idle.

You could see if the shop could check your line pressure at idle.......
