Default Thoughts on plug temp

Pulled the Tr6s this weekend after about 20k on the new motor. I'm thinking they may be a bit cold for my current setup. Any thoughts?

The quick read for temp is the color change on the ground strap. Find a safe place to do at least a 1/4 mile pull. Put a new plug in and do a WOT pass for up to 1/2 mile if safe. Shut down as quick as you safely can and pull that plug. You will see a slightly green line burned on the strap coming from the center. You want the line to be at the bend the most or just short of it to be a little safe. Hard to say, but all I see on yours is the last one has color half way down after the bend which would mean to much heat. On older plugs you can also read the colored threads of the plug where you should have about 3 threads colored. I was just told about that one.
