The AIR pump system has been removed. It pumps air into the stock exhaust manifolds at start up to heat up the cats. Strictly a pollution control thing, not needed. Can't tell if you have headers. The AIR tubes would need to be eliminated for headers. Or block off plates on the stock manifolds. The vacuum tube with the elbow went on part of the AIR system on the rear of the intake manifold. It has to stay blocked off for your AC/heat/defrost to work. You can get vacuum tube caps at the auto parts store if you don't like the looks of a pop rivet and whatever that other thing is. Someone just used whatever they had to block the vacuum tubes.
