Headlights issues

Headlights issues I have a 99 T/A and when the lights are on all 4 lights are on but the high beam switches not on. Also all are dim but the right side low beam that is bright like it should be. If i put on the high beam switch the left side lights go out but the right side both on as they should be. I have all new headlights high and low beams installed. What should i look at to fix this issue?.. Thanks
