Default Interior window sweep sticks

The interior window sweep sticks and folds in when the power window are rolled down. I have attempted to align the windows a few times. It seems that I have the windows aligned properly. The felt guides appear to be in good shape. When the car was purchased, it appeared that there was window tint on the door windows that was scratched and probably removed by previous owner.

Could it be that the sweeps could just need to be replaced?

Ideas or known permanent solutions are welcome.

How did you align the windows? Did you follow the shbox procedure?

I'm not aware of a write up on this site. Can you provide a link? (I suspect it is not correct, which is something we can remedy.)

The good procedure for this is the second link below:

http://shbox.com/1/how_tos.html
http://shbox.com/1/adj_window.html

This is on an external site but a few of the tutorials there are tried, true, and we haven't ever needed anything more.

How does this measure up to what you performed?

I have used the second link and the below link. It seems that I have the gap good on my windows, just the interior sweep grabs the window and wants to tuck itself in as the window rolls down. I saw a video of another make of vehicle doing what mine does. They replaced the interior sweep and it seemed to solve the issue. He did not mention whether or not he he adjusted his window at all like either of the links instruct to do. Just curious if anyone else has had an issue like this on the F bods.

In the Appearance and Detailing section.
