Exhaust rattles

I know this a common question. I've looked but haven't found a question like this. 02 z28 installed magnaflow catback and after welding them, I romped down on it hard and heard a rattling noise. Ended up blowing the catalytic converters to pieces. Installled headers and have a rattling sound around muffler. Everything is tight and nothing rubbing. Can hit bottom of muffler and her something. Is it possible that some of the ceramic went into the muffler?

What ↑↑↑ said...If your stuff is slip on and off you should able to remove it and shake it out of there or it could be just the mufflers themselves.
