car bog down after driving for 5 mins

car bog down after driving for 5 mins I have 2000 Camaro with intake tune exhaust the car was running fine last week
this week i put fuel gauge on the rail it was reading 50psi with the key on and running was 55 psi
at wot it was at 48 and going down , so i replace the pump with a new stock unit car drives runs nice and strong for one day
now it bogs down in any gear and anything past 2,000 rpm
i have already looked at the plugs, wires, fuses , relays no codes are coming up and I have a data log too

This is good. An oiled air filter can cause this type of problem by fouling the MAF.
How long have you had the car? Is it possible you have a dirty MAF? Could a previous owner have put one of these K&N air filters in your car before you were involved?
What exactly does this mean? ^ If any air flow is cut or detected to be cut from the intake to the exhaust, the computer could trim the fuel. How long have you had these mods? Are they recent?
